Guide to Buying
01/
PRE - APPROVAL
Unless you plan on paying all cash, getting pre-approval before house shopping should be a priority! Here are some reasons why:
-
You can address any credit issues (if any) before moving forward.
-
It's important to know the price range of the homes you can afford.
-
Sellers won't take you seriously without it.
If you are ready to move forward, contact your local lender, or reach out for recommendations!

HOME SHOPPING
My promise as your agent is to place you in a home that you want, and not suggest homes just to complete a sale. Shopping for your home should be fun. I promise to provide you with a no-pressure experience while we find your perfect home!
03/
OFFER & NEGOTIATION
From our initial meeting, I will strategize the best way to receive an accepted offer. Part of this process is researching comparable sales and submitting the best offer that is competitive, but also within your budget. Communicating with the Seller's agent is key to an aggressive offer, and I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
If the seller accepts the offer, Congratulations! You have completed the most difficult part of the process!
04/
DUE DILIGENCE
After your offer is accepted, a home inspection will need to be completed to make sure the condition of the home is up to your satisfaction. If issues do arise, repairs can be negotiated.
During this time the appraisal will also be completed by your lender to determine the market value of your home. Once this process is complete, the underwriter will take steps to finalize your loan.
05/
CLOSING
A document signing will be coordinated for both parties to sign. It will also be verified if both the buyer and seller have met the terms of the purchase agreement and pay out all funds, transfer the title, and record the deed.
